As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and driving creative initiatives. You will work alongside the Marketing and Creative team to help develop, implement, and manage a variety of marketing campaigns and other creative projects. Your ability to blend innovative ideas with strong attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our marketing and creative strategies.

Responsibilites

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute creative marketing projects across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and more

Help maintain and uphold a consistent company brand

Assist with creating social media calendars, including writing and editing social media post, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns

Assist in the creation of compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written materials

Contribute to the maintenance and management of our social media platforms, engaging with our audience, and keeping up-to-date with the latest trends

Support the development and editing of marketing materials, presentations, and reports

Help manage and update our website content to ensure it remains current and relevant

Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors as needed
Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong creative and visual skills, with a basic understanding of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies

Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and the ability to multitask efficiently

Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Eagerness to learn new skills and grow within the company

Knowledge of SEO is a plus, but not required

Full-time Commitment: This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week during our standard operating hours of Monday-Friday 8 am - 4 pm. This is not a remote position.
