Licensing & Contracting
It's time to get legal! We require that you obtain your license in Health and Life in order to be compliant with the government and our insurance carriers. We're fully staffed and ready to guide you through the entire process. You are not alone!

Blue Diamond Sales Training
Learn the secrets to our success! All new agents are required to attend the first week of training. You'll gain valuable information about the insurance industry, our philosophies, how to communicate with clients, and so much more! Continue participating in our daily video training sessions to learn and grow along the way.

Smile and Dial
This is where the real work begins. Now's your time to show off all that you learned from this point on and apply it to your selling practices. Start making calls and begin the process of building your book of business. We'll provide you with warm leads - nobody likes cold-calling! We'll also teach you about finding business beyond leads.

What does the hiring process look like?
Send us your resume from our Join the Team page. We will be in touch to invite you to the next stage of the hiring process. During the hiring process, we will conduct two interviews. The first interview is with our contracting manager, and the second is with the President of LEB. We'll focus on your skills, attitude, employment history, and general experience. We will give you the opportunity to clarify any doubts or questions you may have. All interviews are conducted remotely via phone call or Zoom meeting. If everything goes well, you will receive a job offer.
What is the career path?

Is this a remote position?
Our agents are 100% remote and work from the comfort of their homes - or wherever they see fit!
Do I need to be licensed before I apply?
No - However, you must be licensed before you can start selling. Our recruiting and contracting team will be there to guide you through the entire process!
What does the licensing process look like?
Step 1: Complete pre-licensing requirements (varies by state)
Step 2: Complete the criminal background check and fingerprinting
Step 3: Schedule and pass your licensing exam
Step 4: Apply for your resident state license
Step 5: Get contracted with insurance carriers
Step 6: Apply for licensing in non-resident states (optional)
How do I get paid?
Be in control of your paycheck! This position is 100% commission-based and provides unlimited earning potential. We offer numerous lead programs and provide the opportunity to earn significant bonuses throughout your career. Our most successful agents make a majority of their income off of renewals and referrals!
