LEB Insurance Group is seeking individuals who are adventurous, motivated, and up for a challenging, yet highly rewarding, career in Life/Health insurance sales. As an independent agent at LEB, you have the ability to take your income to new heights but be prepared to put in the hard work needed to succeed. A career in sales requires the right mindset, attitude, and self-investment to make it.

You don’t need to have a history in Life/Health insurance to be successful. Many of our agents started with little to no experience and knowledge of the industry but have grown into some of the most successful agents in the nation. If you still need to obtain your license in Life/Health, we offer a full reimbursement program to those who join our team.

What is a 1099 position? It's a commission-based career where you earn a percentage of each sale. Our team enjoys opportunities for bonuses and advancements, but ultimately, your yearly earnings depend on the effort you put into building and maintaining client relationships.

  • Contact prospects and clients by phone, email, and text message

  • Identify and understand clients' health insurance needs and provide expert guidance on suitable coverage options

  • Educate clients about various health insurance plans, benefits, and costs to help them make informed decisions

  • Evaluate and compare various health insurance plans to provide customized and comprehensive recommendations to clients

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details using our CRM system

  • Uphold a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service excellence at all times

  • Stay current with industry regulations and compliance guidelines to ensure adherence during the sales process

Skills & Qualifications

  • Active Life/Health insurance licensed or willingness to obtain one upon hiring

  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using modern communication tools

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong sense of accountability and responsibility

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A positive attitude, self-motivated, and driven to achieve positive outcomes

  • A willingness to take a challenge as motivation and an opportunity to grow

  • Webcam for meetings and training - required for all training opportunities
