& Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Creative Director

  • Understand and maintain a consistent company brand

  • Assist with creating social media calendars, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns

  • Schedule and post consistently on all social media accounts

  • Create eye-catching graphics using Canva

  • Work with the marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives

  • Assist with editing marketing materials, such as flyers, presentations, and brochures

  • Edit email marketing templates using Constant Contact

  • Stay up to date on trending topics, industry developments, competitive insights, and emerging social media and marketing technologies

Skills/Qualifications

  • Understanding of basic social media and marketing concepts

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of organization and attention to detail

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Outgoing, creative, and upbeat personality

  • Willingness to learn and be coachable

Education/Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Knowledgeable in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn)

  • Ability to create and deliver high-quality, creative web content (image, text, and video)

  • Experience with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator - a plus but not required

  • Experience with digital photography and video - a plus but not required
