Executive Assistant

We're seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to work out of our Fond du Lac, WI office and provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients and carriers

  • Closely collaborate with the Leadership team

  • Gather required info for insurance proposals

  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records

  • Answer and respond to phone calls, as needed

  • Perform various administrative duties

Skills/Qualifications

  • You must be at least 18+ years old

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Reader/DC

  • A team player with a can-do attitude

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and  tech-focused work environment
